TAI CHI

Come and learn the gentle art of Tai Chi, Kung Fu Combining relaxation with slow gentle movements, Tai Chi is practiced around the world as a health promoting exercise. The Yang Style Tai Chi short form Tai Chi taught in our classes explain the martial arts roots of the movements, but they are non-combat, and the focus is on the gentle exercise and its healing qualities.
